Am I tied to a subscription?

No. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the subscription tab in your account, or drop us an email hello@wearetribe.co and we can do this for you.

Does it fit through my letter box?

TRIBE 6 product subscription boxes fit through letterboxes. Our subscription boxes of 18 products are too big for letterboxes and are delivered with a Royal Mail Tracked Service.

Can I alter my pack size at any point during my subscription?

Yes, you can amend the pack size at any point in the “Build Your Pack” section in your account, or drop us an email hello@wearetribe.co and we can do this for you.

How do I select what flavours I’d like?

While signing up you can choose the flavours you receive on the pack builder page by clicking "Select Flavours" on each range. Once your subscription is complete, you can log in to your account and head to the “Subscription” → “Build Your Pack” tab, underneath each product range you’ll see “Select Flavours”, place a “Tick” or “Cross” next to each product and click “Update”.

Can I get TRIBE subscriptions sent outside the UK?

For our subscription orders, we currently only ship to UK addresses. However, for non-subscription orders, we deliver to most countries in Europe and others around the world.
